Saltbreaker is the ambient and neo-classical project of Detroit producer and composer John Hanson. Blending piano, guitar, vibraphone and subtle electronic textures, the music unfolds slowly and deliberately—creating spacious, cinematic soundscapes that feel both intimate and expansive. Rooted in restraint and atmosphere, Saltbreaker’s work explores stillness, memory, and the quiet emotional spaces.
